Rebecca Spencer is looking to begin another term as the Associate Circuit Judge for Division 6.

Spencer received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 1996. She received her law degree from the University of Missouri- Kansas City in 1999.

Following graduation from law school, Judge Spencer was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Buchanan County until May of 2001.

She served as the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Joseph until December of 2014. She also served as the Municipal Judge for the City of Easton, Missouri, for seven years.

Her current term expires Dec. 31, 2026. She is running uncontested for Division 6.
