Tracking a Sunny and Hot Friday

Mike Bracciano KQ2

Friday is shaping up to be a hot, mostly sunny and humid day across much of northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri. We will start the day with temperatures in the lower 70s but quickly climb into the lower 80s then into mid 90s.

Rain chances look very low for Friday, so most of the day should have plenty of sunshine. The combination of heat and humidity will make it feel even warmer during the afternoon with feels like temperatures around 100 degrees.

By Friday evening, conditions should remain warm and mainly dry, with temperatures gradually falling back into the upper 70s. The next rain chance is Saturday morning and Sunday morning.
