Tracking a chilly Friday morning and start to the weekend

Good morning and happy Friday.

We’ve made it to the end of the workweek, and it’s another cool start as you head out the door. Temperatures are in the upper 30s to low 40s, so you’ll want a few extra layers this morning.

Highs today will climb into the low to mid-60s under mostly sunny skies, making for a nice and quiet end to the week.

A Frost Advisory goes into effect overnight tonight from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday, as temperatures could drop as low as 31 degrees.

That means a chilly start to Saturday morning especially if you’re heading out early for the Apple Blossom Parade—so be sure to dress warm.

Temperatures will rebound into the mid-60s Saturday afternoon, with sunny and dry conditions continuing.

Rain chances hold off until Sunday evening into Monday, with the best chance for more widespread rain arriving closer to Tuesday.

We’ll also begin a warming trend Sunday, with highs returning to the upper 70s.
