Good morning, and happy Tuesday! Temperatures are starting off in the upper 30s to lower 40s, making for another chilly start. Winds remain out of the southwest, helping temperatures climb into the lower 70s this afternoon. Expect a mix of sun and clouds, with cloud cover increasing toward the evening.

Clouds will continue to increase overnight, with a slight chance of a few sprinkles late tonight into early Wednesday morning. Wednesday will bring a mix of sun and clouds, with highs in the mid-70s. Temperatures will continue to climb into the upper 70s Thursday and Friday.

Spotty rain chances return Saturday through Monday as a cold front moves through the region. This will bring cooler temperatures, with highs falling into the upper 60s to lower 70s by Monday. Temperatures are expected to trend cooler throughout next week.
