Flood Warning issued May 18 at 10:07PM CDT until May 20 at 5:00PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has
issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri…

Nodaway River near Burlington Junction affecting Holt, Andrew and
Nodaway Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Nodaway River near Burlington Junction.

* WHEN…From late tonight to Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 25.0 feet, Fifty-thousand acres of farmland are
flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 16.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
after midnight tonight to a crest of 26.1 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
– Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
