Counties.

Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Moniteau, Cooper and
Howard Counties.

Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Saline and Howard
Counties.

…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri…

Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Ray and Jackson
Counties.

Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Saline and Lafayette
Counties.

Missouri River At Miami affecting Chariton, Carroll and Saline
Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Missouri River at St Joseph.

* WHEN…From this afternoon to Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 19.0 feet, Backwater from the Missouri River floods
property along the Nodaway river at Nodaway, Missouri.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
afternoon to a crest of 19.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It
will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
– Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
