* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Grand River near Chillicothe.

* WHEN…Until Saturday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 31.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue falling to 7.3 feet Tuesday
morning.
– Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
