Flood Warning issued June 11 at 3:03PM CDT until June 13 at 10:08AM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri…

102 River at Maryville affecting Nodaway and Andrew Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…102 River at Maryville.

* WHEN…Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 18.0 feet, The east bank of the river floods. Water
also approaches the village of Arkoe.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 2:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
morning.
– Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
