Heat Advisory issued July 3 at 1:53AM CDT until July 4 at 8:00PM CDT by NWS Topeka KS

* WHAT…Heat index values up to 103.

* WHERE…Lyon, Wabaunsee, Brown, and Jackson Counties.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
cramps, heat exhaustion, and even heat stroke.
Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
