Daviess County officials warning against burning

DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Daviess County, Missouri, Sheriff's office took to social media Saturday to warn residents against starting fires with current weather conditions.

The post stated that multiple fire districts in the county have been out throughout the day fighting multiple grass fires.

This comes as the National Weather Service has issued a red flag warning for the area due to the fire conditions.
