Legendary film and TV actor Tim Curry dies at 80

(KQTV) -- According to reports from TMZ, legendary actor Tim Curry is dead at 80.

Curry, best known for playing Dr. Frank-N-Furter in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," has struggled with serious health issues for more than a decade.

According to reports from TMZ, law enforcement responded to his house at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday. Officials say no foul play was suspected.

Curry got his start in Hollywood in the late 1960s, before catching his "big break" in Rocky Horror.

Curry's other credits include Annie, The Hunt for Red October, Muppet Treasure Island, Addams Family Reunion, Clue and Scary Movie 2.

Last year, around the time he released his memoir "Vagabond", Curry stated he was still unable to walk.
