Cancer support organization hosts annual bowling event

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- Strike Out Cancer St. Joe MO will host its 13th annual bowling event in an effort to raise money for area cancer patients in need of financial assistance.

The annual event will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25 at Revolutions Lanes in St. Joseph.

The event funds help assist cancer patients with the purchase of medication, transportation, lodging and amenities related to financial hardship in St. Joseph and the surrounding areas.

There can be four to six people per team at $25 per bowler.

To sign up for a team, click here. Payment will be collected when you bowl. Cash, checks made payable to Strike Out Cancer St Joe MO and Venmo will be accepted at the event.
