ELWOOD, Kan. (KQTV) -- The Elwood Police Department said one person was arrested following a search warrant and investigation into J&M Auto, a Kansas car dealership.

According to a news release, the police department said it executed a search warrant at J&M Auto on Oct. 29.

The search warrant was obtained following an investigation, which established probable cause to believe James Hubbard and J&M Auto were involved in fraudulent activities, including allegedly rolling back vehicle odometers to misrepresent actual mileage and falsifying information on official documents.
