ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The St. Joseph Police Department said one person was injured in an incident in the 2800 block of N. 7th Street Wednesday morning.

SJPD responded to the incident around midnight.

One person was taken to the hospital with injuries, but was treated and released. Additionally, police said there is no confirmation on what exactly caused the injury.

SJPD said the incident is under investigation, and no one is in custody at this time. Police also said they are still working on finding out if there is a suspect involved.
