Tracking a warm Wednesday forecast

Wednesday we are looking at a mix of sun and clouds, but the big story will be the heat that will be found across northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri. The high temperature is expected to reach 86 degrees which is near record breaking for this time of year.

It will be a breezy day so while its warm, you will notice the wind especially in the afternoon. It will not be a strong wind but just enough to get your attention.

This is all a part of a big warm surge across much of the mid west and it looks like on Thursday we will have another chance to see record heat across northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri.
